REGULATIONS of the Cuban-Store.pl online store

1. General information
   An online jewelry store sells products electronically.
   The owner of the store is DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, KACPER JASTRZĘBSKI, NIP 762-201-27-84 with its registered office at ul. Bagno 5/3 00-112 in Warsaw
   The Seller is obliged to ensure the quality of its services and meet Customer expectations.

2. Orders
   Orders can be placed via the store's website or by contacting the store staff. Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3. Prices
   Product prices given on the store's website are gross prices and include VAT. Delivery costs will be added to each order in accordance with the delivery price list. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices and delivery costs.

4. Payments
   The Customer may pay for the order via the online payment system or by transfer to the Seller's account. The order will be processed after receiving confirmation of payment.

5. Delivery
   The delivery date depends on the order processing time and the delivery time of the courier company or post office. Delivery costs depend on the selected form of delivery and are provided in the delivery price list.

6. Returns and complaints
   The customer may return the purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The returned product must be intact and show no signs of use. Return costs are borne by the customer. In the event of a complaint, the Customer should contact the store staff to obtain information regarding the complaint procedure.

7. Responsibility
   The seller is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of products or services, as well as for technical problems on the store's website that prevent placing an order or making a payment.

8. Personal data protection
   The Seller ensures the protection of its Customers' personal data and processes it in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

9. Final Provisions
   The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms of Service. The changes come into force 14 days after publication on the store's website. Any disputes arising from the sales contract will be resolved by the competent Polish courts.
